MOLTEN LAVA CAKE

Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick, melted)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. instant coffee (granules)
1/2 tsp. Chef Series™ Cinnamon Vanilla Spice Blend
1 pkg. fudge brownie mix ("chocolate lover's brownie mix" 8"x8" pan size)
CHOCOLATE LIQUID (recipe follows)
1 tub chocolate frosting
Directions Tupperware Products
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together in Thatsa™ Bowl with Saucy Silicone Spatula the brownie mix, baking powder and spice blend. Add melted butter and milk, stirring until smooth and well combined. Scoop mixture into Chef Series™ 9-1/2" Skillet placed on baking sheet. Prepare CHOCOLATE LIQUID; slowly pour over batter mixture in pan. DO NOT STIR.

2. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until bubbly and begins to pull away from side of pan. (Top may have shiny spots). Using baking mit on handle, remove from oven to wire rack. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream or ice cream. Store leftover cake mixture in Rock 'N Serve™ Container in refrigerator.

CHOCOLATE LIQUID: Heat 1-1/2 cups water in Chef Series™ 1-Qt. Saucepan until boiling. Turn heat to low; add 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules, stirring with Silicone Spatula until dissolved. Add 1 cup canned classic creamy chocolate frosting; cook and stir until melted and smooth.
