1 cup milk (2 %) 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
|
2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. Chef Series™ Ragin' Cajun Seasoning Blend salt and pepper to taste

1. Melt butter in Chef Series™ 1-Qt. Saucepan over Low heat. Stir in flour, Seasoning, and salt and pepper, with Saucy Silicone Spatula. Cook over Medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
2. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Serve over cooked vegetables.
